Stainless steel structure, Flameout protection, burners and cast iron grids, pilot flame, adjustable feet. Construction: AISI 304 stainless steel with a heavy-duty stainless steel frame. Burners: low-noise, air-forced stainless steel burners that twist off for cleaning, in a ceramic-lined combustion chamber. Deck: insulated pressed top deck, 1.5 mm thick, waterless (no deck cooling needed). Ignition and safety: German-made pilot with self-diagnostics, and automatic ignition with flame failure status indicators. Controls: heavy-duty lever-action gas control, so the chef can adjust the flame by hand. Water: manual laundry arm and spindle. Cleaning and service: front waste gutter, waste shovel included, and front access to all components.
